New! Orange & Date Vinaigrette

We’re very excited to launch the new Pepler’s Orange & Date Vinaigrette.

Orange & Date vinaigrette lends itself to Moroccan flavours.  Try this as a dressing for a salad of grated carrot, roasted peanuts and chopped dates.  Use it as a marinade for chicken and then pop it in the oven to bake with vegetables (fennel, kumara and carrots work well) add quartered mandarins or sliced oranges.  Once baked the fruit skins will be as delicious as the rest of the dish.

A clear favourite in our range and even with customers who say they don’t like dates!

Ingredient information:  Gluten free.  If you are allergic to chill this does contain a small amount of chilli flakes.
