We’re super excited about this new product and could talk for ages about it! Put simply it is the sweetness of pears and the punch of mustard. Brilliant with platters and an array of cheese but equally good with pork as an alternative to apple sauce.

Judges comments: Delicious flavours. Would be lovely with a terrine of pork or cheese. Nice texture, not over-set. Lovely product.
