Yes we made up the name!  That’s because our latest sauce is completely different to anything else.

A combination of Black and Red Raspberries, chillies and mesquite smoke.  A unique combination that goes with lots of things.

    I cooked a piece of pork belly on a bed of apples and onions, smothered in raspberry chilloky sauce and honey. I cooked it long and slow in my Nectre Bakers oven (fire box) for about three hours. I blitzed the sauce with a whizz stick and served it with home made buns. This special sauce goes with pork and apples very well
