Refund policy

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. If something has gone wrong, we will do our best to make it right. We will honour all our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act and all other relevant New Zealand legislation.

Because the products we supply are food items, we do not accept returns.

If the products you receive are faulty, we will replace them provided they are returned to our premises within 14 days. Shipping expenses, in both directions, are not refundable.
