At Pepler's, we're excited to deliver our far from ordinary flavours straight to your doorstep. Here's what you need to know about our shipping:
New Zealand-Wide Delivery: We ship our gourmet condiments to all corners of Aotearoa New Zealand.
Shipping Rates:
- Orders under $80: Flat rate of $8.00
- Orders $80 and over: Free shipping
Processing Time:
- We process orders within 1-2 business days.
- Orders placed after 2 pm Friday will be processed the following Monday.
Delivery Timeframes:
- Urban areas: 1-3 business days
- Rural areas: 3-5 business days
Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you a tracking number via email.
Packaging: We take care to package our products securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We're focusing on delighting taste buds right here in New Zealand.
